Nutrition- An essential key to losing weight




When it comes to losing weight, eating food that contains the best nutrient, vitamins, and minerals is key. Most of the food available in stores contain no nutrients and can barely be called food. It is quite sad actually. This is one of the main reasons why people struggle to lose weight, or why people pick up weight to start with.

Processed food is cheap, readily available, and full of crap that causes so many health issues. When less processed food is consumed and you focus eating nutrient rich food daily, you will notice some big changes in your body. It is possible to be overweight and still suffer from malnutrition.

#4 Nuts


Nuts are also healthy fatty foods that contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Nuts also contain fiber and protein which helps to control your bloods sugar.
