Does it matter what you eat?







I’m new to eating healthy, I grew up with an awesome mom who always made me eat organic veggies fruits and never let me eat processed things (fast food once a year).Now that I’m out on my own I started eating fast food and well junk. I’ve found that I can still meet my 1,200 calorie goal each day even eating junk just less of it…. But how detrimental is this? Can you still lose weight if you eat the things you like in moderation, or should you forego all fatty fried foods? I got bloodwork done lately and everything was great even though my diet has been horrible, I suppose if I ate like this when I was older that would change.
