If you want to get slim and smart, you must follow these things.

1: Regular excercises, like jogging for 30 to 40 minutes, aerobics, squads etc.

2: not enough sleep

3: drink water around 10 to 12 glasses at least a day.

4: avoid fast food, and soft drinks.

5: Have green tea.
